Where?

We are based in the UK so our charges  are designed to cover UK delivery charges.  We will post orders to destinations outside the UK but this may incur extra charges so we recommend that you contact us before ordering.

When?

We will aim to dispatch postal order and credit/debit card orders within 48 hours of receipt .  Orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until after the cheque has cleared, which may take up to 5 working days.

How?

We send all orders via the Royal Mail using their First Class Recorded Delivery Service.  This does mean that the parcel will need to be signed for.  If you are not home to receive the parcel you will have up to seven days to collect it or arrange a re-delivery.  We will send an e-mail to confirm when your parcel has been posted.
