Honeysuckle has a similar effect on a cat to catnip so you may see cats rubbing the toy on their face, licking it and wrestling with it in their paws. It differs from catnip because the rich cat attracting aroma can be enhanced and rejuvenated by spritzing the toys with water.

If you have a cat that does not respond to catnip it may respond to honeysuckle.
