Terms and Conditions


Making a Purchase

You can purchase items on-line using PayPal or you can choose to pay by cheque or postal order.  We will post orders made using a Postal Order within 48 hours of receipt but will need to wait for cheque's to clear before posting. This may take up to 5 working days.

When you place an order online we will send you an email notification confirming the order you have placed with us. We will aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Payment

We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards.  Cards will be charged at the time of the order.  We will aim to dispatch postal order and card order within 48 hours of receipt .  Orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until after the cheque has cleared, which may take up to 5 working days.

 

Card Security

We use a Roman Cart shopping cart which is secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates.  The address bar on the checkout page will turn green on compatible browsers showing that the page is secure.  We use PayPal to process orders so do not have any access to card details.

 

Out of Stock Items

If any item is out of stock, we will inform you, on receipt of the order, of the expected delivery date. You have the option to cancel your order if the delay is not acceptable to you and we will issue a refund.  If the item becomes permanently unavailable we will issue a full refund for that item.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not happy or satisfied with any purchased items we offer a full refund within 28 days of purchase, refunds are not possible after the 28 day period. If you return the goods or instruct us that you intend to return the goods within 7 working days we will provide a full refund, including initial delivery charges, upon receipt of the goods.  After the 7 working day cooling off period the refund will cover the cost of the item, but not postage and packaging costs. Unless an item is faulty, we can only take back goods which are unused and where packaging has not been opened. If you require a refund please email sales_support@funky-felines.co.uk or phone 01276 475668 before sending back the items. We will need the following details;

 

  • Your name
  • your e-mail address
  • If you ordered via Roman Cart we will need your receipt ID
  • Details of the product you are retuning, eg; type and style
  • Your reasons for returning the product

 

All items should be sent by recorded delivery as this will be your proof of postage. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use suitable packaging and address it to: Funky Felines, 33 Yaverland Drive, Bagshot, Surrey, GU19 5DX.  We will contact you to confirm when we have processed your return.  Funky Felines can not accept any responsibility for damage of products caused by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
